Why did you remove Poker
Version 3?
Since releasing Poker 4 early this year, our developers have worked hard
to improve the features and iron out the initial glitches. We are now
confident that our Poker 4.2 software is arguably the best on the market.
As most players who tried our new Poker 4.2 have happily switched to the
new version, we feel that it is time for Poker 4.2 to completely replace
the older Poker 3.
This will no doubt free up space in our server for
future developments. We sincerely thank you for the support of our games,
and hope that Poker 4 will give you the better gaming satisfaction you
are hoping for.

How do I change seats at a
poker table?
To change seats at a table, you have to leave the table and come back,
after which you will have to pay the blind. This is to prevent players
from changing seats deliberately in the middle of a session to avoid the
oncoming blinds.
Can I bring more chips to the
table without leaving the game?
You can sit out when a hand finishes and click on "Cashier" on the
bottom left corner to bring more chips to the table, but you will have
to pay the blind when you sit in again.
Why can't I bring more chips to
the table?
Players are only allowed to bring to the table, up to 100 times the
minimum bet for no-limit games. This is to make the game more even and
prevent certain players from having too big a chip advantage over the
rest.
What does "delay" by the side
of each player's nickname in the lobby mean?
That indicates the approximate response time between each player's
computer and our server.
How much is the rake?
The house rake is calculated as 5% of the matched bets in the pot, up to
a maximum of $3. This rule applies regardless of whether real money is
used, to make the game more realistic.
The maximum rake also varies depending on the number of
players. With fewer players, the max rake generally gets lower. Please
look under "Table info" in the game menu for rake information about each
table.

Help! What can I do if I don't

I clicked on "Raise". Why were
my cards folded!?
You could have been timed-out of a hand. It is not uncommon that players
sometimes experience lags from their ISP, and you do not see your turn
coming to you until it is actually over.
It is unlikely that our system will automatically
check/fold a player's hands otherwise. However, we will be happy to
investigate the incident further for you if you can provide us the hand
number or a specific date and time, with the description of your pocket
and board cards.
